  • At JV PRO USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.

    • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, tags, and all included accessories.

    • Due to hygiene standards, personal grooming products (such as razors, clippers, scissors, and other barber tools) cannot be returned once opened unless they are defective.

    • Electrical items (like clippers, trimmers, and dryers) should be returned with all original components, packaging, and manuals.


    2. Return Period


    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

    • For online orders, the 30-day period begins from the delivery date as confirmed by the shipping provider.


    3. Proof of Purchase


    • A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

    • If no proof of purchase is available, store credit may be issued based on the lowest sale price of the item.


    4. Refunds and Exchanges


    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    • Exchanges may be issued as store credit or a replacement, depending on item availability.


    5. Defective or Damaged Items


    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

    • We will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged products and arrange for a replacement or refund.


    6. Non-Returnable Items


    • Final sale items, promotional products, and any opened grooming tools are non-returnable unless they have a verified defect.


    7. Return Shipping


    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
